1 Replies and 500 Views ACJA § 2-301: Appellate Court Fees   Started by  Amanda McQueen The proposed amendments update filing fee amounts in appellate courts. A.R.S. § 12-119.01(C) authorizes the Supreme Court to increase the fees in the class A and class B amounts prescribed by A.R.S. § 12-119.01(A).
